As every year the remembrance march "In the foosteps of the 82nd airborne" will take place on the saturday 17 of february near Lierneux (Vielsalm) in the Belgian Ardennes.
It's a 24 km march around the fighting positions of the 82nd airborne during the Batlle of the Bulges, this time is the 25th edition of the march and we will walk around the positions of the 508PIR.
This is a march open to everybody, civilians, association, soldiers or reenactors (about reenactors at least you have to be with a M1943 uniform, they don't care if you reenact 82nd, 17th or 101st airborne but they don't want to see "Normandy type" uniforms).
