I recently received a copy of Beyond Band of Brothers for my birthday but forgot that I had pre-ordered from Amazon last year. Therefore, I have a brand new copy, still in the amazon packaging that I'm happy to send to a good home, preferably in the UK (for ease of posting).

Any deserving member of the board desperate for a copy let me know and it's yours.

regards
Tim

I have that book my Mom bought it for me and I am still reading it but I love it. In the movie they say Blithe never recovered from his wounds he received in Normandy but the book says that he became a company 1sgt. It also goes into more details that you didn't get to see in the HBO series. For ex: "The Island". But one goof in the book is that on the front cover Maj. Winters' photo showns him when he was a Captain. And right under it it says Ma. Richard Winters. One of my JROTC instructors pointed it out for me. But if you don't have the book hten you should buy it.

Maybe its the photo he wanted to put on the front?

He could have put a picture of him as a kid, and still would have written Maj. Richard Winters?
